Krispy Kreme to open its first opportunity in Taiwan

U.S. based Krispy Kreme Doughnuts will open its first Taiwan store in December, filling the gap left by the departure of Dunkin’ Donuts earlier this year.

Krispy Kreme Taiwan has kept the information down to a minimum besides the comment made on the company’s Facebook post: “Coming to Taipei in December.”

Krispy Kreme is looking for both full-time and part-time employees as it plans to build excitement with promotional events starting in mid-November.

The American brand will have to compete with the main competition Mister Donut, which currently has over 50 stores across Taiwan.
